Training Foundry

Creating the best online courses for teachers

The Training Foundry website is wholly owned and run by the English Language Teaching Centre at the University of Sheffield. It was set up to provide fully online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for English language teachers all across the globe.

The English Language Teaching Centre is one of the largest university language centres in the UK. Much of the Centre and many of our courses are accredited by external bodies such as the British Council and BALEAP. The Centre is authorised by Cambridge Assessment English as an exam centre and for teaching awards.

Use our courses library to find the best course for you.
