Hi everyone – I’ve attempted to record the main things I’ve learnt from this course here (apologies as it is a bit of an insight into my quite chaotic, Friday afternoon brain!!)
I look forward to seeing your ideas soon.
Thanks, Angharad

Dear All,
Firstly, thank you very much to Nanees, Angharad and Nosheen for sharing your visual representations of what you have learnt from the course. It was encouraging to see that you have taken so much from it, most notably the importance of:
- finding out and taking into account the needs, goals and expectations of the teachers you are working with.
- ensuring your training is differentiated in relation to needs.
- allowing opportunities for experiential learning and providing appropriate support;
- feedback as the starting point for professional development;
- self-evaluation and reflection (for both trainees and trainers).
Thank you to everyone for your contributions throughout the course and I do hope that you have found the content useful, relevant and engaging. From this week’s Padlet task, it certainly sounds as if you have plenty of ideas about how you can continue to develop in the future.
Please remember that you will have access to the course for another couple of weeks, so feel free to use this time to catch up on anything you might have missed, go back and review things, explore some of the follow-up reading and resources and save/download anything that you want to keep for future reference.
Best of luck with your current or future involvement in teacher training and I hope you will be able to put some of your learning from the course into practice very soon.
All the best,
Beth.

Hi Marusya,
Thanks for your contribution.
I like your ideas which are all very much centred on the trainees as individuals and being aware of the context in which we are working.
Cheers,
Nick
