Nominated for an ELTon, Tube Quizard helps to exploit a listening activity by generating quizzes based on the tapescript.
Just paste in a youtube URL (must have subtitles) and it generates gapfills based on the text.
There’s a really good range of quiz types it creates (articles, tenses, contractions etc) – and it’s pretty accurate at detecting the grammar/vocabulary/pronunciation features. Here’s an example.
